About This Pre-Order

Payment for vouchers are $35, made payable by credit card today. You may reserve multiple license plates.
You may get a voucher for personal vehicles or vehicles owned by a business.
Voucher sales must reach 3,000 before the FL Dept. of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles will produce and distributed plates.
Once a month Florida Swims will submit the pre-order information, for those who filled the form and sent a check, to the FLHSMV via the Sarasota Tax Collector’s Office. After they process it you will receive a receipt from them.

Please Note

Voucher sales must reach 3,000 before the FL Dept. of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles will produce and distributed plates. If the threshold is not met, you may request a refund via form 83363 which will be emailed to you by us if the plate will not go into production.
Not available for commercial vehicle registrations (box trucks / large vehicles that require special registration due to weight).
After the first year, the license plate renewal is fee is $30 in addition to your registration renewal, with $25 going to the Foundation.
